Sydenham is a small village on Sydenham Lake, at the southern door of Frontenac Provincial Park, a rugged backcountry park of more than 20 lakes linked by hiking and canoe routes on the Frontenac Arch. Nearby Loughborough and Buck lakes are lined with cottages, and the K&P Trail runs north from the area for walking and cycling.
A cottage for rent near Sydenham gives you real Canadian Shield lake country only 30 minutes from Kingston’s restaurants, waterfront and Fort Henry. Spend days paddling and hiking in the park and evenings on your dock. Sydenham is about 2¾ hours from Toronto and 1¾ hours from Ottawa.
