Owners ask us
How much does it cost?
A Standard listing is free right now, and we never take a commission on your bookings. If we add a yearly fee, we’ll email you at least 30 days before anything changes.
Can I keep my Airbnb and Vrbo listings?
Yes. Paste your calendar link from Airbnb or Vrbo and the dates booked there show as taken here.
How do guests pay?
Directly to you, the way you agree with them. We never handle rent or deposits.
What does Featured give me?
Your cottage appears in the “Featured cottages” block on the home page and first in search and on your region’s page, with a gold badge. Places are limited — write to us for the price.
Do I need a licence?
In Québec every tourist rental needs a valid CITQ number, and we show it on your listing. Many Ontario municipalities ask for a short-term rental licence — please check with yours.
Can I pause my listing?
Yes. Hide it any time in your dashboard and show it again when you’re ready.
