List for freeDiscover Fenelon Falls
Fenelon Falls is built around a waterfall and Lock 34 of the Trent–Severn Waterway, which joins Cameron Lake above the falls to Sturgeon Lake below. The small downtown has cafés, a summer farmers’ market and a riverside walk, and the town beach on Cameron Lake is one of the nicest in the Kawarthas.
A cottage for rent in Fenelon Falls puts you on the western Kawartha lakes, with Balsam Lake Provincial Park and its long sandy beach about 20 minutes away and Bobcaygeon a short drive east. It is an easy trip from the city — about 1¾ hours from Toronto — which makes it a favourite for weekend cottage rentals.
