List for freeDiscover Bobcaygeon
Bobcaygeon sits on islands between Sturgeon Lake and Pigeon Lake, with Lock 32 of the Trent–Severn Waterway right in the middle of the village. Summer afternoons are for watching boats lock through, a cone from the original Kawartha Dairy store, and browsing the shops and galleries along the water. The town is so loved that it has its own song.
A cottage for rent near Bobcaygeon gives you two big lakes for boating, swimming and walleye fishing, with the whole Trent–Severn system to explore by boat. The Bobcaygeon Fall Fair runs every September, and Fenelon Falls and Buckhorn are each about 20 minutes away. Bobcaygeon is about 2 hours northeast of Toronto.
