Wellington is a lakeside village on the south shore of Prince Edward County, with a town beach on Lake Ontario, a harbour and a main street known for its restaurants and farm-to-table food. The Millennium Trail, an old rail line, runs through the village and across the County for walking and cycling, and many wineries are just north in Hillier.
