How much do booking fees cost you?
Enter your own numbers. The calculator shows what a year of bookings is worth, how much goes to host fees and guest service fees, and what you keep when guests contact you directly.
Fees differ by platform and plan and change over time: check your own payout statements and use your real percentages.

With Cottage & Chalet Rentals: C$0
No commission and no booking fees. Guests write to you, you agree on the price and are paid directly. Standard listings are free under our founding offer; Featured placement (C$299 a year) is optional.
How it works
- Guests find your cottage, check your calendar and send you an inquiry by email.
- You reply, agree on dates and price, and take payment your own way.
- You keep 100% of what the guest pays, and you can still use other sites as well.
