About this place

Paradise Point is a newly renovated cottage on a quiet, dead-end private lane on Lake Erie, between Dunnville and Port Dover. You arrive on the lake side: a large deck looks straight out over the water, with a five-person hot tub tucked in the corner. The shore is about 100 feet from the deck and just a few steps down from the break wall, and the warm, shallow water stretches out a long way, which kids love.

Inside there are three bedrooms (two with a queen bed, plus a bunk room with a double below and a single above), a four-piece bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with big windows onto the deck and lake, and a living room with a TV, DVDs and a game system. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a wood stove for cool evenings. Outside: a lakeside fire pit, a covered outdoor bar, a hammock, Muskoka chairs, two kayaks, a tandem bike and parking for three cars.

Up to 6 adults (7 guests with a child). Please bring your own linens, towels and toiletries. Pets allowed with restrictions (pet fee). The rate shown is the base rate; from late June to early September the cottage is rented by the week, Friday to Friday, and long weekends have their own rates, so ask the owner for your dates. Minimum stay 2 nights. Knights Beach, with a restaurant and a small store, is right next to the lane, and downtown Dunnville is about 15 minutes away.
